Cairo-Mubasher: The board of Grand Capital for Financial Investments (GCFI) (GRCA) has approved the divestiture of an owned stake in Grand Investment Portfolio Management for EGP 1.7 million, the company said Wednesday in a bourse filing.
The company owns 597,000 shares, or 99.5% in the subsidiary that operates with 600,000 shares.
The portfolio management unit’s issued capital amounts to EGP 3 million, out of which EGP 1.5 million is paid at EGP 5 par value.
